Mentor Support

As a Gallagher EDGE associate, you’ll be paired with experienced Gallagher professionals who will provide opportunities for new experiences and skill development. They’ll help you to develop your career goals, challenging you to reach higher.

Your mentors will also:

• serve as a model of professionalism and ethical leadership,
• foster objective and open communication,
• guide you in self-evaluation,
• expand your network of professional contacts,
• recommend and support new learning activities.
