Brexit: a message for our customers

Triggering Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty means that the UK now enters a two-year exit negotiation period where exit terms and its future relationship with the EU will be defined. The UK during these next 24 months remains part of the EU and will still comply with EU laws and regulations.

Though there will be no immediate change to how we operate until we leave the EU, we are currently looking at ways to ensure that we will continue to deliver the best outcome for your organisation post-Brexit. Our aim is to make the transition process as seamless as possible for your organisation. We are currently reviewing the options available to us, so that we can make a measured, informed decision about how to tackle the challenges Brexit may pose.

We are a global business, and our culture of excellence and dedication to providing solutions to our clients remains unchanged regardless of our position in the EU. We will continue to help your organisation to manage risk and furnish you with the products, solutions and consulting services you need to deliver on your own day-to-day business activity.

So for now, it’s business as usual. We will keep you informed of any developments. If you have any questions, please get in touch via your usual Arthur J. Gallagher representative.
