Andrew has over 20 years’ broking and underwriting experience.

Following a number of senior roles with NZI (now part of IAG) in New South Wales, he was assigned to the head office of its parent company, General Accident Insurance, in Scotland and remained there for seven years before moving to London.

Upon returning to Sydney, he was appointed as Account Manager with a major international insurance broker, where he had responsibility for several key clients, including the Federal Government of Australia.

Finally relocating to Perth, Andrew became one of the foundation shareholders in SBA. He now acts as either Managing Director or Alternate for most of our larger customers, drawing on his strong relationships with the Sydney and international insurance markets, and his experience in large and difficult placements.
