He began his career with Aon Reed Stenhouse Inc., where he focused on large, risk-managed accounts in the energy industry. He advanced to Senior Vice President before moving to take up the position of Director of Gallagher Energy Risk Services office in Calgary.
Through his long history in the energy sector, Brad has developed an expertise in the design, negotiation and placement of complex programmes, including various oil sands projects, and involving capacity available from non-traditional markets such as the industry mutual OIL and/or captive involvement.
