David Braid
Director, Gallagher Energy Risk Services, Canada

David started his career with the Miller Insurance Group as part of the reinsurance division, handling the International Group of P&I Clubs account.

He then joined TRB as an account manager working on their energy, marine, P&I and aviation accounts, before founding TRS in London.

Moving to Aon as an account handler in the energy team, he then transferred to Aon Calgary where he became Account Executive, and Senior Vice President.

In 2009, David co-founded Gallagher Energy Risk Services in Calgary where he currently holds the position of Director.
