Sian Fisher

After graduating in law from University College, Oxford, in 1984, Sian began her career as a graduate trainee with Marsh.

She then moved to Hiscox Syndicates Ltd., where she was latterly in charge of the professional indemnity, directors and officers’ and liability account for the Hiscox Group.

She then became Chief Underwriting Officer, and subsequently Managing Director, for Hiscox Insurance Company.  She was a founder director of Oxygen Holdings plc and currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Oxygen Holdings plc Board.

Sian has also served as a Vice President of the Chartered Insurance Institute, and, in 2010, was awarded a CII Exceptional Service medal at the request of her institute, the Insurance Institute of London. She is currently serving as an employer member of the CII Board.
